Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any of the following:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You experienced a negative reaction or issue after limited use.
  • You changed your mind and the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened or less than 25% used.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at admin@hormonenexus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you request store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened powders, capsules, or consumables (unless defective or allergic reaction)
  • Final sale or promotional bundle items
  • Products returned after 30 days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send replacements or correct the issue immediately at no cost to you.
